Precision Bench Vise
1.Bench Vise: Cast iron & heavy duty construction; powder coating; galvanized A3 steel spindle; and #45 heat-treated steel vise jaw. Color can be customized, usually it’s black, blue or orange.
2.Time-saver: Durable 360° swivel base with four lockdown bolts for easy mounting on a workbench; polished large anvil work surface; steel channel protects spindle, polished on three sides, replaceable nonslip serrated steel vise jaw faces, which can reach 50-58HRC; diamond pattern on the jaw makes the grip much more solid; a cotter pin is designed at the end of the spindle to prevent the vise from falling off and causing any injury after the maximum opening is reached.
3.Qualification: It’s designed to bear the 30000N clamping force. Environment friendly. We have BSCI & ISO9001 certification. Our items not only comply with the European standards or American standards, but also pass CP 65, and PAHs Test.
